The events page lists every upcoming 40k event in the UAE from all organisers, with dates in Dubai time and buttons for BCP, the event pack and more info. Filter by type: RTTs are one-day singles tournaments, Teams events run over a weekend, and leagues span several weeks.

You can also subscribe to the calendar in Google, Apple or Outlook so new events appear in your own calendar automatically.

Message Nils and you’ll get edit access to the shared Google Calendar that feeds the site. Add your event there with a type tag at the start of the title ([RTT], [Teams], [League] or [Narrative]), the venue in the Location field, and the BCP and event pack links in the description. It appears on the site within about ten minutes. Full details are on the About page.

Most UAE events use Best Coast Pairings (BCP) for registration, list submission, pairings and results. Register through the event’s BCP link, then submit your list before the deadline in the event pack, usually as a direct export from the official Warhammer 40,000 app with no edits.

Check the pack for the event’s specific requirements: points level, whether Leaders must be attached in the export, and whether a Force Disposition has to be selected. Late or illegal lists are usually corrected by the judge and may carry a penalty. Deadlines are Dubai time.

Every event card on the events page shows an Event pack button when the organiser has provided one. Major events also have their own page with the current pack version, key dates and a changelog of corrections.

Packs are hosted on this site at a permanent address, so a link you saved or found on BCP always opens the latest version.
