About this site
uae40k.org is run by Nils Bouillard for the UAE Warhammer 40,000 community. It exists so that event dates, event packs, rulings and Team GCC information live in one place instead of scattered across chats and shared drives.
Where we play
Most UAE 40k events are hosted at Back to Games stores. RTTs usually run at the Town Centre Jumeirah branch in Dubai, and the Tabletop.ME convention that hosts the teams tournament is run with them too. Check each event's listing for the exact venue.
Get your event listed
The events page is fed by a shared Google Calendar. Message Nils and you'll get edit access to it. Anything you add appears on the site within about ten minutes, no site changes needed.
- Start the title with a type tag:
[RTT],[Teams],[League]or[Narrative]. Example:[RTT] November RTT 2000pts. - Put the venue in the calendar's Location field, e.g.
Back to Games, Town Centre Jumeirah. - In the description, paste the BCP link, the event pack link (a
.pdforuae40k.org/packs/…) and any other info link. They become buttons on the card. - Add
Organiser: Your nameon its own line if you want it shown. - Use the real start and end times in Dubai time. For a league, make it an all-day event spanning the first to the last day.
Submit an event pack
Send the PDF to Nils. It's hosted on this site at a permanent address, uae40k.org/packs/your-event.pdf, that you can paste into BCP, WhatsApp and the calendar. Corrections replace the file at the same address, so links never go stale.
